(Directions: The office is right across the street (50 feet) due west of the Florida Hospital Emergency  Room entrance.   Go to the Granada/Nova intersection and head north on Nova for 1 block and make immediate right onto Sterthaus (after the church and the bank) going east. Continuing east 1 block on Sterthaus to 4 way stop and you will see Florida Hospital ahead to your left. Make a left turn going north onto N. Old Kings Rd going very slow and turn left again into the 3rd driveway slowly (steep incline) into 106 N. Old Kings Rd.  This is the same octagonal wooden exterior single story building  where Drs. Burch/Droker, Krochak, Cartledge, and Hawthorne also practice.

                            Pre- Medical Training:

  1965-1969 Bachelor's Degree in Biology from University of Texas at Arlington
  1969-1971 Studied towards Master Degree in Microbiology at North Texas State University.

Medical School:

  1972-1976 Medical School at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft Worth, Texas sponsored by and through the US
                   Air Force.

Internship:

  1976-1977 General Rotating Internship at Osteopathic General Hospital in North Miami Beach Florida

Air Force Tenure:

  1977-1980 General Medical Officer at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo Texas  
  1978-1980 Director of Medical Education at Goodfellow Air Force Base
          -1979-Awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service in the Medical Field
  1980-1983 Dermatology Residency sponsored by the US Air Force at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque while still on
               active duty

  1983-1985 Consultant Dermatologist at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa
         -1984 Became a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology
  1985- To Present- Private practice in Ormond Beach, Florida

Appointments and Memberships:

  Dermatology Consultant to Memorial Hospital and Peninsula Medical Center.

  Previously Consultant Dermatologist for Halifax Medical Center Family Practice Program and Peninsula Hospital Internship
  program

  Membership has included Volusia County Medical Society, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association, Fellow
  of the American Academy of Dermatology
